We're excited to announce the launch of our completely redesigned website, members-only platform, and policy engagement portal.
This new digital home represents a significant step in our mission to advance policies that create a functional, responsible, and accessible legal cannabis marketplace throughout the Golden State.
Enhanced Advocacy Tools & Exclusive Member Benefits
As the preeminent trade association representing California's legal and regulated cannabis operators, we've built our new site with advocacy at its core:
Action Center: Easily advocate for legislative priorities (e.g., AB 564, halting the excise tax increase, and AB 8, hemp integration)
Policy Tracking: Stay updated on bills, local ordinances, and regulatory changes affecting your business
Advocacy Toolkits: Access template letters and resources to amplify your voice
Our members-only section has been built to provide value and foster greater connection:
Private Discussion Forums: Connect directly with fellow cannabis professionals across California
Resource Library: Access exclusive talking points, legislative and regulatory updates, and webinars with our leadership and subject matter experts
Member Directory: Discover and connect with other CaCOA members throughout the state
The new site is dedicated to keeping you informed with our comprehensive resource center, where you can browse press releases, media coverage, industry updates, and our calendar, ensuring you never miss events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
This launch is just the beginning. In the coming months, we'll be rolling out additional features, including 1) an interactive map showing CaCOA’s reach across California, 2) member spotlights showcasing the diversity of our membership, and 3) the ability to contact your legislator directly in support of our policy priorities…to name a few!
As California's cannabis industry faces critical challenges (e.g., excessive taxation and unfair competition from illicit markets), a strong, unified voice is more important than ever. Our new website strengthens our ability to advocate effectively for policies that support a thriving legal marketplace.
If you're not already a member, now is the perfect time to join.
Visit our membership page to learn about the benefits and add your voice to our growing coalition.
